The 27th Rallye Sunseeker event ( first round of the MSA British Rally Championships), was held in the Wareham Forest.
The event started with a civic parade from Poole Quay on Friday and spectators packed the seaside harbour to see the drivers, get closer to the cars and get a few autographs.
The racing kicked off from Gore Heath on Saturday, with 12 stages to complete. Covering around 65 miles of gravel track through Dorset’s forests, cars and competitors are pushed to the limit.
Winners James Ford and Neil Colman (Ford Escort MkII) were welcomed back for a champagne podium finish in front of Bournemouth Pier on the Saturday evening
